Established in 2014, Phoenix Polymers is a specialised manufacturer of PVC hoses, braided hoses, tubing, and customised extrusion solutions, serving diverse industrial and commercial applications.

With a strong focus on OEM manufacturing, we work closely with our customers to develop and manufacture products tailored to their specific requirements, including dimensions, specifications, materials, colours, performance characteristics, and branding.

From our 17,000+ Sq. Ft. manufacturing facility, Phoenix Polymers operates a dedicated PVC Braided Extrusion Plant backed by modern machinery, skilled manpower, and a commitment to consistent manufacturing standards. With a production capacity of 50+ tons per month, we are equipped to support both customised requirements and large-volume production.

As part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing, Phoenix Polymers generates 50 kw of solar power at its facility. By integrating renewable energy into our operations, we are taking meaningful steps towards reducing our dependence on conventional energy sources and building a more sustainable manufacturing ecosystem.
